About Warriors Youth Lacrosse

Warriors Youth Lacrosse is a community-based, non profit 501 (c) (3) organization serving boys and girls in Kindergarten through 8th grade across the Highlands Ranch and surrounding area. For full boundary maps and detailed eligibility information, visit our Warriors Territory Page .

We are proud members of the Arapahoe Youth League (AYL). Our program emphasizes fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game — creating an environment where players can learn, compete, and grow both on and off the field.

Player Development

Our goal is to help each athlete develop at their own pace while gaining confidence and skill in all aspects of the sport. We focus on:

  • Teaching the fundamentals of passing, catching, shooting, and defense
  • Developing team-oriented play and lacrosse IQ
  • Instilling respect for the game, coaches, officials, and teammates
  • Promoting leadership, accountability, and a positive attitude

Teams & Divisions

We field boys and girls teams from K-8th Grade. The AYL Lacrosse Board of Directors strives to create balanced and competitive divisions within each age group. Teams are placed based on overall skill, experience, and competitiveness to ensure fair and enjoyable play for all participants. Final team placement within each division is determined at the discretion of the AYL Lacrosse Board of Directors.
